its sort of hard to tell from your pictures. it looks like the pads have little to no material left on them which could account for the gouging...but my gut is telling me that from the redish color of your rotors and the streaking that your caliper has locked up. when pads get that low, you run the risk of locking the caliper up...seen it time in/out. what you need to do is pop the master cylinder cap, then pry the caliper open, to make sure it still functions correctly. if it still works fine, then i would recommend changing your pads, and you can probably get away with the current condition of the rotors, they just might squeek while the new pads are wearing the grooves smooth.

what were you doing when you noticed the condition of the brakes?

Like he said...

There's practically nothing left on your pads.

Get some new ones.

RSX rotors are not going to be anywhere close to what you would pay for someone to turn the rotor. Judging by the fact that his pads are already that low, I'm going to guess that they're already out of spec, and will have to be replaced. And get ready to shell out some cash. New rotors for mine were somewhere around $150 a piece.

Ide recomend big al's also, i go to the one on jeff and main street. I have life time pads threw them. Mine were sqeeking real bad , they replaced the pads for free and didnt charge me nothing to install them. The guys take care of you there. The rotors do look bad, cant really tell by the pic but they look like they might be able to resurrface them. They also looked glazed over too. Big als told me like 30 dollars to re-surrface my front.
