200+hp240sx

this is my first bike and today when I bought it the owner started it up first try and a few times after and rode it around and everything was great. I have to drive from chesapeake to williamsburg and it started to rain a little bit on the long drive home. I had the bike in the back of my s10. I get home, and it wont start. Lights get dimmer and dimmer and battery seems to get weaker and weaker. I lift up the seat to look at the battery connections and everything seems fine. I look at the fuses and the fuse cover wasnt on it and was actually right next to the battery. Where should I start to get this bike going? Juice up the battery with my charger or what? Also when I was taking the bike off my truck it laid on its side for maybe 10 seconds "accident" so maybe this has something to do with it but it didnt lay all the way before I could throw it back into place. As I said I am a newb at bikes so I really appreciate any advice. Side not, the bike is a suzuki 600. just bought it from tim "tsi guy" seemed like a nice guy and good seller so I dont want to make it sound like he was a bad seller or anything like that because that isnt the case. thanks once more

is it carburated or fuel injected? if it is carburated did you have the chokes on? did you try difrent throtle settings?

weak battery and I probably had flooded it. It starts fine now since I charged it.
