ok, my girlfriends car is an automatic 1999 honda civic lx sedan. it has the stock 1.6L non vtec engine, brand new distributor cap, rotor, plug wires, plugs, water pump, timing belt, tps, and i dont know wut else. well the problem is its only getting like 28mpg. well i know it should be getting better than that. any suggestion?
