Default b20v not spraying fuel..??

I have a b20vtec 12.5:1 compression, for some reason its not spraying fuel so it won't start,. I have changed resistor box, main relay, had the ecu checked, new injectors (450cc), new spark plugs, the fuel pump kicks on and the fuel rail has fuel and pressure in it but injectors won't spray, had some of the wiring checked and the basics have power. The car will start when fuel is manually poured in, so has to be fuel related. anybody have any suggestions? Anything helps , thanks!

Make sure the resistors are supposed to be used with a resistor box. If the ECU isn't firing the injectors then the ECU isn't happy about something, or the resistor box isn't wired properly, or the injectors aren't wired properly, or the injectors don't have power.

You'll also need something other than the stock fueling maps if you want to use larger-than-stock injectors. That's something unrelated to the injectors firing, but the fact is that you aren't going to be able to use the stock ECU calibration with larger injectors.

No idea with Honda's, but I've seen Nissan SR engines with this issue.

Problem was the grounds for the injectors.

All your injectors should be hot (12v) with the ignition on. The ECU opens the injector to spray by completing the circuit to ground. So you should not have continuity to ground at the injectors unless the car is running, & then it would be intermittent as the ECU fired each injector. Generally with a wire tuck the opposite problem occurs, a wire grounds going through a hole in a body panel without a grommet, causing the injector to constantly spray.

Take a low resistance test light and check the injectors for one wire 12v and other ground pulse when whirling motor over to determine what's missing first. Also a lack of good ground contact on frame to motor or harness to thermostat housing can play a part in it. Send me shout out if anything more is needed and I can help more
