Default B18C1 t3/t4 setup piston and compression

Ok well for some reason my buddy lost compression in the #4 cyl the other day in his 00 GSR. He is wanting to put in pistons and a head gasket that will hold up to boost, maybe even lower the compression some. The car was tuned at MRD for 9psi when it blew, but when we get the car back on the road we want to go for 12 to 14 with out any problems. My questions are this

1. what is the average A\F ratio everyone tunes there b series motor at?

2. What are good turbo pistons and head gasket?

3. Will the rods hold up fine or do we need to replace them too?

4. What is a good compression ratio to run on 12 to 14psi?

5. Where is a good site\place to order these parts?

Sorry about this guy but im not a honda fan. I can rebuild a motor all day long but when it comes to honda's, I know nothing about how strong there motors are. All input is welcome.

1. 11:1-12:1.

2. I have no experience with this in my motors. All my friends run Cometic headgaskets w/ ARPs. Few have choosen AEBS studs. Both great results. This piston thing, research. It's not usually the piston company, it's the bore size. It's complicated. Just pick a reptuable company.

3. Eagles. They are fine for your app.

4. I'd do a 9:1 motor, thats just me. Actually, I'm doing a high comp motor, but ignore that.

5. Terry @ boostfed.com. Honda-tech.com in the vender section. MRD because my boys there need to feed their familes too.

That A/F is a little too lean to run on everyday pump gas, for a turbocharged motor, in my opinion. I would stay around 11.5:1 if it were my daily driven engine.

Rods depends on how much power you want to push. Most people get rods if they plan on pushing 300+whp.
