I'm going to go ahead and say no, since crank and cam sensors are not going to be in the same places. As well as various other sensors.

Ok no, no, no and no!!
The wires at the dizzy are the exact same, just one wire is not used from one harness to the other. IIRC its the tach wire(since the ecu sends the cluster the tach signal and not the dizzy). The reason I know this is because I've already done this, re-pinned a 10 to 8 pin. I was actually thinking about making some conversion harnesses for this problem.
Also use your stock harness, the civc and integra harnesses are diff.(OBD2 civic is a 1 piece while the teg is a 2 piece like OBD1's), some things might have to be lengthened but other than that it will work.
Best bet is to convert back to OBD1 and see if you can find a conv. for the dizzy. Or PM me and we can work something out to solve this.

nothing that i have is obd 1 though? the motor is obd2 and so is my car! and i was thinking the dseries sensors are maybe in a little bit dif location so some wires would need to be extended!

yes you can run run the same VTEC wiring. Depending on the motor and ECU that you will be using for the B18C swap that you have, you may have to get an ECU conversion harness.... not a motor harness. The sensors are not the issue here. Listen to the post above, the distributor wire can be converted with just a little effort on research. This swap is simple.
