Default B16a2 Compression spike

OKay so i purchased a em1 and did a compression test with one spark plug out at a time and tb and clutch pressed in and the results were
cyl1-190
cyl2-180
cyl3-180
cyl4-140
After doing a leak down test and haveing 100% leak down on all 4 cyl i found out i did the compression test wrong so redid it and got totally diff results ...
cyl1-150
cyl2-205
cyl3-215
cyl4-215
The motor has 18x,xxx miles
I was thinking it was prob bottom end but before i jump into a rebuild i would like to have some second opinons thanks

first of all.. did you do the test wit the motor warm? and all spark plugs out of the motor? if the test was done correctly, you never want more than 15-20psi difference between cylinders.. with yout #1 that low in compression I would say it needs rings, or could possibly have a scared cylinder wall.. It could use a rebuild..
