Lightbulb B16a vtec question

My distributor went out about a month ago and the vtec worked perfectly before it decided to go out so I got a new distributor put on and now it wont fully cross over, it kinda seems like one cam is crossing over because you can hear the change over but its very light and it used to be loud. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

My vtak will not work oh no the world is over!!1!!111!!1

It could possibly be numerous things. Have you checked your vtec solenoid? There's a bunch of shit is there to do with wiring, leaking, gasket, valve etc...

low oil could be the cause. The distributor does not control the vtec.
