B16A into EF swap trouble

Default B16A into EF swap trouble
the intermediate shaft doesnt bolt up. holes dont line up. axle fits in tranny no prob have two intermediate shafts and non line up. what can be the problem????90 dx ef9, S1 tranny, avid mounts, 2 90-93 integtra intermediate shafts. need help asap need to get my boys car on the road asap. all help is appricated.
one pnt 8 hatch is offline

make sure the intermediate shaft is not a AT... an AT shaft will not work.. you need a 90-93 MT teg intermediate shaft...
