Default b16 stock head/ctr pistons?

i have a b16 block with ctr pistons already in it, i had a nice head with crower 402's in it, but i needed money so that head is gone....

how do you all think a stock b16 head on a stock block w/ctr pistons will run?

i already know the compression will be up...im just wondering how the pistons like breathing on a stock head... if fuel would be okay & whatever else

I honestly dont know for a fact, but I would guess that if you had fuel tunned for the better head and cams, you will now be running rich, since airflow on a stock head with stock cams will be less. but thats just an educated guess.
It will definetely run better with the ctr pistons than with the stock pistons if thats what your wondering.
