b16 missfire question

Exclamation b16 missfire question

today i disconnected my ecu (P30) to check out some pin locations and when i reconnected it, the car started shaking and wouldnt pass 4 grand revs and wouldnt accelerate which was what led me to beleive that it's misfiring any ideas anything would help at this point thanks

Check the connectors at the ECU.. If all you've done is disconnect and reconnect the ECU connectors, chances are good that you've shoved one of the crimp pins out of the back of the connector shell. That's just about the only thing that would have caused that unless you broke a wire at the connector.
