B16 idle surge after hitting the brakes.

Default B16 idle surge after hitting the brakes.
Started my EG b16 yesterday and it was idling fine, then I hit the brakes it the idle started surging between 800-1200 rpms.

Any ideas as to where I should start troubleshooting?
