You will be fine either option you choose. The key to a reliable boosted setup is tuning.
B16's respond very well to boost.
Imo that's the only way I'd own one. 250 is very resonable & a realistic goal for a boosted B16 setup w/ stock internals. Plus you are getting the right supporting mods to handle the added fuel demand. You can push it to about 300 before u start breaking shit. Anything after 300 go forged internals.
Supercharger is going to be more low to mid range but u have VTEC ® ™ for the topend.
Depending on your setup for the turbo will determine its optimal powerband. You can have a little to no lag turbo setup if you have the right parts that work together & depending on ur tune. If you plan on keeping ur B16 tranny u will be str8 but I recommend getting a "LS" 5th gear for highway & gas milage. But its all depends on what you want out of your car, your budget, & personal preference.

Question #1 Why do u have a B16 in a 94 Integra? This wouldn't happen to be a Green 4 door would it?

go get a cheap ls block, put low compression pistons in it ( a decent forged piston rod set can be had for fairly inexpensive if you look hard enough), put that b16 head you got on it and boost it. if you do that, you will notice a big difference in the car even without boost. b16 motors are great motors but lack low end very bad. on a weak low end motor like that, its gonna drag ass until that turbo is at full boost. converting to ls vtec will help even out the tourqe loss.
