Default b16 bogging down

alright my b16 swap in my ef is having a little issue, the car runs fine when i first start it and drive, but once it starts to warm up, only sometimes it will bog down for a few seconds. it ussually occurs when i am slowing down but dont come to a complete stop, then put it in gear to drive again. it just kinda bogs for a few sencond and if i put it in neutral and rev it a little bit, it will be fine. any ideas

Clean the idle air control valve screen. Don't mess with the throttle body, there usually isn't any reason to adjust the idle screw if the idle air control system is working properly.
