b13 sentra Ser wont start!! Willing to pay someone to fix!

Hey guys, my B13 sentra won't start. Has an SR20DET, I've checked plugs, distributor, fuel pressure and pump.
Need some help on this one. Looking to pay someone else to fix it. Preferably someone who has lots of knowledge with these cars. Thanks

Is this a new problem with a known-good engine, or is this a swap you just completed..?
