B Series Lost Motion Info
Tired of Lost Motions Going Bad....Honda as an Update...new spring style LMAS work in any b series vtec head....the part # Is 14820-PCB-305 I got some and they are the shit....if you have a noisy vtec motor with perfect valve lash this is almost definetly the culprit

Good info but this is old.
And basically it's the H22s with the washer machined into them. They are also very pricey when compared to using the H22s with washers like the old days.
Either way is ok. Honda is just bankin off it.
