Default Axles in a vw

So i was wondering if anyone could help me with this issue. i know there isn't many vw savvy people on the forum but i am assuming that most front wheel drive cars have the same concept.

recently my car has a really bad vibration in the whole front end, but this problem is only consistant when the car is in 1k to 3500 RPM's, mainly in 2nd 3rd and 4th, 1st and 6th are not nearly as noticable. being my car is really low and the CV boots have been ripped for about a year now, i was assuming this is a CV joint going bad. this is a fairly common problem in vw's but to me the symptoms don't seem to add up to a CV axle, as it does not really click but once every month or so. i know they are going bad, but i'm unsure if that is the problem for the front end shaking violently in my powerband?

IDK, i'm kinda lost here, any help will be greatly appriciated.

Thanks

I would change out the axles and wheel bearings. Should smooth it out.

mine do the same thing right now. Also shakes violently when slowing down.

In the future ima replace both axles and wheel bearings.
