Default Any1 do a head swap?

ok i finally got all my parts in for the toy, but i dont now how to do a head swap, from the 22R head to a 20R head, i think its pretty simple but when it comes to the manifuald im lost. Was just wandering if there is any1 on here that has done a cylinder head swap on a toyota truck or could atleast point me to some1 that has.

Thnkx

is this a 22R-E? or just 22R? make sure to have the 20R head checked for warpage. make sure to use new Toyota head bolts or get ARP studs. use a Toyota or HKS headgasket. what carbuer-traitor are you using? you'll get much better results if you do a 32/36 DGEV Weber or a 38/38 DGES rather than a Toyota carb. much better performance too! a nice Doug Thorley header and maybe a few degress from a WEBCAM and an LC Engineering adjustable cam gear will help. this will be a good time to check the condition of your timing chain. check E.L. Prototypes for some upgrades available for your timing chain.
good luck!

ok this is what i have going on the truck.

-38mm Weber carb
-48mm vavles(intake) and 40mm(exhuast)
-Street Perfomer Cam(lcengineering)
-street performer exhuast(lcengineering)
-intake manufuild(20R)
-20R head for the truck.
-ARP studs
-All new stuff for the cylinder head too..

All this is going on the 22R engine block. Also is there a place localy that I can buy block off plates for the exhuast? That and a 20R water pumper link, goes on top of the manifuald. Any other questions just ask and i can tell you. Thnkx

its a 38mm downdraft. the exhuast block off plates, the ones that you put aboce the actual exhuast... unless they build the performance heads with them on already?
