I did see something on ephatch about 2 months ago in regards to new mounts out for k-series. from what i remember they're a lot stronger, have the same results as the inserts, but without the vibration at idle.

the vibrations do suck, but if bobby broke a mount, there would be no sense in installing inserts on a broken mount.

i already have the ex motor mounts. it isnt those. THis is the moutn on the left side of the engine bay. that has the one bolt attached to the frame encircled by black crap. the black crap broke and red crap is all over the place in my engine bay. I will be at the rsx meet tomorrow and show people it. i am going to go to acura on monday and order the part i need.
