Default another idle issue

Alright I have an 01 gsr integra. Let my friend drive it the other day and he brought it back with it not being able to hold idle.. You start the car and the only way to keep it on is to keep foot on the gas, as soon as you let go it goes right to zero. When drivin if the car is in neutral or if you push in the clutch it cuts off.

We went ahead and checked the spark plugs and replaced them because cylinders 1 2 and 3 were filled with oil. After replacing still no change. Have also already cleaned the IACV

Car also wont start unless you are holding down the gas.

Any clue?

filled with oil? spark plug tube seals are bad. also your idle issue could be your tps or your car could be running entirely too rich
