Alternative propulsion
To save money on insurance so I could pay for college, I bought a 50 cc scooter for when I'm at home on break. Any ideas on how to get a few more miles an hour out of it besides weight loss on my part?

Re: Alternative propulsion
in all seriousness, it varies if you have a governor on it or not. is it a 2-stroke/4-stroke. first thing is getting rid of the stock airbox as they are restrictive as fuck then you can start messing with roller weights and such.

Re: Alternative propulsion
-Upgrade belt
-Upgrade variator with some weights
-Posh CDI
Then...
-Exhaust & intake [FYI, you have to mess around with the jets]
-Bigger carb
-Clutch Spring
-Lighten fly wheel
what scooter did you buy?
