Air bag light reset
Have a 98 Expedition. The air bag light is flashing code 52. I've been looking and several sites reference the same article that mentions a trouble code reset connector under the glove box, but I can't find it anywhere on mine. Heres a link to those instructions: http://www.expeditionforum.com/f42/a...de-52-a-18784/
Last night I disconnected that battery all night as some had mentioned that works for them, and no luck.
I've read that fuse 19 under the hood can affect it, going to check that in a few.
Does anyone have a scan tool that will reset this for me? I've used an OBD2 scanner to clear engine codes, but it won't pick up this air bag light.
Or, any suggestions?
edit: That fuse is fine, and I had my battery and charging system tested, both showed fine.

Re: Air bag light reset
I read a post by one person stating that 98 F150s didn't come with this trouble code light plug, which I would assume means my expedition wouldn't have it either. My inspections not due until August do I have some time to trouble shoot.
