Default Aftermarket Steering Wheel: Horn Wiring

Followed some good directions to install steering wheel, but my lack of electrical has left me stump on getting the horn to work correctly. I know I have power from the horn, but it stays on all the time. I've tried connecting the wires on the button a few different ways. However, the horn comes on as soon as I touch the negative back to the battery. Any suggestions?

What steering wheel is it, and what car is it? You need to give at least the most basic information if you want some useful help.
