Acura Integra GSR Starting problem

I put in my engine in my car and replaced the oil pump.....and i put in a new dashboard and after everything was on...i tried starting my car....the car seems to crank over but seems to not have power....or enough spark....am not sure why....it used to start up right away...does anyone have any idea what it could possibly be?
