Acura CL seats in a 2010 Honda insight??? HELP!
 

Hi guys,

Looking to see if anyone knows if I can put 1997 CL front seats in a 2010 Honda insight. My uncle wants this done as he hates the insight seats. I figured it might just be the rails that do not line up with the holes, but I haven't even checked it out yet. He wants to drop both cars off next week but I wanted some advice / tips on how to go about it. I know for a fact it will not be a direct bolt in, but what things might I need to do?

I think I might need to use a bit and make holes in the rails to where the bolts are suppose to be??

Any help would be appreciated.

You will probably have to use the original rails modified for the new seats or like you said drill holes and tap them for the bolts. Either way you have your work cut out...

2010 insight... The ONLy reason to have this car is he manages a Honda certified used car lot, in which case he should go next door and have the shop take care of it.





Jfwy. How do they compare to dc2 seats which I know I've seen in the older grey insights.
