yay! this is so what the fuck i was asking for!, ok anyone with something that will help? has anyone encountered this problem before? i thought maybe a vacuum leak since it only happens when the clutch is not engaged( i was told there wasnt a leak though ), it never blows cold, but the rpms only go whacky in Idle, they sit at 2k. anyways help if you can, if you have pointless shit to ramble in my thread about they make off-topic and spo for that, thanks

you should know by now that everyone is an asshole on dragva, just take it to a dealership. I found that dealerships can actually fix A/C problems. Good luck.

not sure how much it will cost but if this helps i spent $410 on my A/C last weekend. Leaked out all its freyon (sp?) and when they tried to put new freyon in it sprayed everywhere through some schrader (sp?) valve so they replaced that then put in new freyon and recharged the system. Oh yea and they put some dye in the system to check for leaks too. I dont think you will spend more than that.

Did you check to see if the compressor even turns on?

When most cars turn on the AC should rise a few hundred rpm.. definately not 2k though, although with a dying IACV.. who knows
