p1106 - barometric pressure? wtf

i replaced the throttle body which includes the tps... it ran fine for a while now it's doing it again...

i cant shift out of park without depressing the neutral safety switch (i read this happens if tps voltage is too high)

and now when I'm on the interstate it bogs down after 3000rpm


any suggestions as to what else it could be? everything shifts and runs fine, except after 3000rpm when i'm doing 60 on the interstate...it will go over 3k in the lower gears just fine...
