Default 99 Eclipse GST Electrical Help

Hey guys

I have a 99 eclipse GST that wont start. The problem is that the MFI, the Fuel Pump relay, and the Fuel Pump arent getting power. We checked the fuses and those are fine and we're stumped because we don't know where else to look or check. The fuel pump work's and the relay's worked when we tested them yesterday.

If anyone has any input or might have an idea of what may be wrong please PM me or reply to this thread. It's killing me having my car sitting for this long with something this simple wrong with it.

Once again, the problem is that the Fuel Pump is not getting power.

Thanks in advanced for your help!

So you've checked for power at the fuses using a voltmeter/multimeter?

So you have power at the fuses, and the fuses aren't blown. So then check for power at the next point which is closer to the relay or fuel pump or whatever, and then check at the next point, and then check at the next point, and eventually you'll find that you don't have power.

Yea I was going to do that but I don't know where the next source of power to the relays would be. From the fuse box it would be the relay and then next would be the clip on top of the fuel pump housing correct?

Probably yes. Regardless, you should at least check for power at the relay. If you have power at the relay and the relay isn't switching, then you should check whatever is supposed to be switching the relay.
