99 Civic Si wheel jerks to the right
I couldnt find anything about this on here, and have never heard of anything like this before, but while im driving my car, at random times, the steering wheel has a sudden turn to the right, like a twitch almost. Its not drastic, but its worrying me a little bit, and i have no idea whats going on. it mostly happens at lower speeds, but every now and then at high speeds. any suggestions are welcome.
thanks.
feel free to ask me for more details.

i also noticed it happens at a certain point while the wheel is spinning, like it rotates around then when it reaches that certain point it jerks.

Bleed your powersteering or at least check your fluid.
If it's low, start looking for leaks. And trust me my friend, don't buy a new powersteering pump untill you get the leaks fix. I have a couple for your vehicle that I can let go for cheap if you do need to replace it further down the line.

That's normal, it's your car trying to do you a favor, wear your seat belt
Definitely sounds like a fluid level issue (should be rather noisy if the fluid is low) or a bad bushing/balljoint on that side causing something similar to bump steer.
