Well ones a obd1 my cars ob2 was confused about the wiring, the ecu I got came with a 96-98 jumper harness I cant use that right? I need a 99-00 harness right? Its a p30 ecu.

Need a 99-00 jumper only if you plan on running the obd1 ecu.

What issues do you have with your current motor? what year is the jdm motor? An ek4 b16a is plug and play (if you use the usdm spool valve) where as an eg6 b16a will need the a2 manifold to be completely plug and play. Just use the ecu thats in the car now, the harness from the si, swap intake manifolds, and the dizzy from the a2 and BOOM its a em1 with no issues. Dont go dicking around with modifiying this and that.
