98 prelude H22 insufficient egr flow code ...

98 prelude H22 insufficient egr flow code ...
any ideas on fixing this without buying a new EGR ? I have been told to clean it but need to find the phucker first .any help?

Ok, your EGR valve is located just towards the front of the car from the throttle body and just to the rear of the car from the oil cap on the valve cover. it has 2-12mm nuts. that hold it onto the intake manifold. if you have any problems just take it to autozone and they will be able to point it out to you.

Nice!! Thanks for the reply's yawwls . I have been slamming a motor in a camry all day yesterday but Im amping to get this thing straight if the weather holds. peace!

Also, on the intake manifold you will see 4 plugs on the runners close to the head....there is also carbon buildup underneath these plugs which may need to be cleaned out as well....you can purchase new plugs from your local Honda dealership....when installing the plugs, be sure to use a punch that is wider than the hole, if not you will push the new plug all the way through into the intake manifold.
