anyone know where to find or how to reprogram a keyless entry? the keys were in the car and it got locked and it made the horn go off and lights blink and the car kept locking and unlocking... still has factory deck so that isnt the problem

if you kept the stock honda civic keyless entry it runs thorugh your stock head unit. jsut reset the stock unit and it should fix you issue . but you need a code for your stock unit for it to work again once you reset it . normally you can call the dealership and get the code or its on the unit ..

if its aftermarket keyless entry its a totally diff ball game . need to know what type or brand of keyless entry to be exact on how to reset it / reprogram it ... but most of the time for aftermarket there is a valet switch under the dash . jsut put the key in the igition and turn key to acc and hit valet switch is how most of them work . but more steps are needed ..... for this to work .

but hey go to the12volt.com and they should be able to tell you exactly how to if none on here can answer this for you .

Dealerships do it for free. It literally takes like 3 seconds to do.
