I have a 98 accord automatic with a rebuilt transmission less than a year old. The other day I was driving on 66 in traffic and then suddenly it started shifting on its own (in drive an feels like the car is downshifting on its own) The car eventually only went up to 60 mph and then died. I restarted the car and for some reason it wouldnt catch any gear accept for d1. I ended up driving home in d1 and when I got home the car wouldnt even catch reverse. This has never happened to the car and happened in an instant. If anyone know how to fix this please help. Thanks

Check your fluid level. However I imagine the damage is done.

Man, I hate to give you the bad news. I worked for HOnda for awhile. I once put 4 "HONDA" remanufactured transmissions in an Accord before I got one that was good. 98 to 01 v6 accords have got a very shitty trans in them. It is probably toast.
