i have a 1994 prelude with a f22 completely stock with the 5 sp tranny i want to know what it will take to make it vtec i want to go with the h22 but if i do will i have to change ecu/wire harness etc.???

I dont think you would have to change the wire harness but I know you would have to change the ECU.

92 Prelude SI

very easy. just did mine great swap. all you need is the h22 engine, stock wiring harness, check your fuel rail matters where is starts where the fuel goes inlet so you dont have to refeed the tubing hardddd. PS pump bracket, because the h23 and f22 or f23 i think are differnt so check clearence on the head, and if you have the 5 plug distributer use that on the h22. It will be east just take it off and wire it the same way 5 plugs 1 is firing plug for the other 4 on the head. If you cant make it fire correctly then go online or just rewire the plugs till they work. you will know if its not working it will only run 2 cylinders like mine did till i found out the firing order. headers, get 3 wires vtec wire, ground wire, and vtec pressure switch wired into the p13 ecu

Axles fresh fluids, valve adjustment. 93 fuel synthetic oil 2 oil flushes atleast 1 cheap flush run it for 10 min then high grade synthetic oil.
