Default 93 accord no start *help*

So my 93 Honda accord will not start unless I jump it off. I have had the battery tested and it is good, replaced the battery cables, I have a brand new starter and alternator but when I go to crank the car w/o jumping it all it does is click once and then nothing happens other than the lights going from very bright to extremely dim. Any thoughts or ideas?

Check the voltage drop between the ground terminal of the battery and the chassis using a voltmeter (yes, there will be voltage between different parts of a grounding system). You'll need a friend, because one of you will need to use the voltmeter while the other one turns the key. I think you'll find that you have a grounding problem.
