So got this accord 2.2 liter 5 speed and nothing on the cluster works. The clutch lock out is jumped so it will start with out pushing the clutch. Drove the car home and have been looking at it. Checked fuses and pulled unnessicay stuff radio etc. put the right size fuses in places. The windows dont work either. Went to the junk yard and got a cluster. Cuz I pulled my cluster and the mother board on the back has burnt spots. Put new cluster in and nothing works still. Changed the master power relay. Everything is pulled in. Computer looks good car runs and drives fine. Only light that comes on on the dash is the battery light. Any help would be great.
