So ever since I bought my car it hasn't had ac, ps, and heat. I know why I don't have ac and ps but don't understand why the heat doesn't work. When I say doesn't work I mean no air wat so ever come out when I turn it to 1-4. My friend said it might be the thermostat but I have no idea. Please help I need some heat since its startin to get colder, thanks

So your blower isn't working? If absolutely no air at all comes out, regardless of temperature, it's the blower.

Is the blower motor even still installed?? Sounds like somebody went through and cleaned out stuff for a drag shell or something. I'd look to see if it's even still up there....good start.

Under the passenger side dash, google "DA integra blower motor" and I'm sure you'll find what you need.

If you turn the blower on, and you can't hear anything, either the blower is bad or missing, or the blower fuse is blown, or the resistors that control the blower speed are bad. There might be a relay that controls the blower power (I can't remember) but that's not usually a common failure mode so I would check out the easy suspects first.
