so my 91 integra with a b18b1 block and b18a1 head and intake mani has been acting really strange for the past couple days.. when i first start it up it skips pretty bad.. then after it runs for about 2 or 3 mins it clears out and runs fine.. then sometime while im driving it it start to skip again.. and when i come to a stop sometimes it begins to skip again.. it does it really bad when ive been driving it and i cut it off and try and restart it.. it hesitates to even crank and i sometime have to give it gas in order to keep it running its skipping so bad on restart..=( any ideas? help plz? could it be dizzy?

and also after engine is hot and u start it back up.. its soooo hard to crank.. and when it finally does start its skips horribly and smokes white smoke.. and smells like antifreeze.. head gasket? or cracked head? my luck.

sorry I dont understand what you mean by "skips". But I can tell you this. Its probably the head gasket if it smells like antifreeze.

Is she smoking at all, any color? Check to make sure your plugs aren't super fouled up, also check to make sure you're getting spark on all four cylinders. Pm me if you need help. If you're in the 757, I can usually come out and help you wherever or whenever.

I'd recommend getting a new cd player..its problly an out of date model...Try buying a new pioneer,kenwood,or alpine head unit ..

by skips i mean feels and sounds like its not running on all cylinders.. constantly skipping ..just put new plugs in it,, didnt help any.

so i was messing with my car this evening.. the intake manifold wasnt even tight.. i guess it shook loose while driving it. i tightened it and it doesnt smoke any more.. and i dont smell anttifreeze. and also once it was idle up to normal opperating temperature i cut it off and right before i did the check engine light came on. i got my gf to wiggle the injector plugs and the light went off and it started it.. it was still skipping a lil but it started easier..could it be bad injectors?

so i changed headgasket today.. it seemed to help alil.. but when u cut car off its still very hesitant to crank.. but only when engine is at regular opperating temperature and u cut car off and try to restart it.. sometimes it doesnt do it.. but most of the time it does once car is warm.. its got me stumped.. plz help!

Run a compression test. To determine if the motor is fine and then narrow it down from there
