91 integra HKS hi power issue
SO i just bought an HKS hi power catback... but i just found out that where the catback is supposed to connect is a 2bolt flange but the HKS starts with a 3 bolt flange. Now my problem is how to connect a 3bolt flange to a 2 bolt? what are my options?

I figure that is my best option.. I guess the next question is anyone know where i can have the pipe cut and rewelded with a new one around VA beach? and around how much will that cost?

Usually a 2-bolt flange uses a donut gasket which is smaller than the pipe diameter, and the 3-bolt flange uses a flat gasket which will not restrict flow. So if you're going to cut and weld a flange, you'll want to use the 3-bolt flange.
