i have 1990 civic 1.5 dual point, the other about two weeks ago it wouldnt start it would come on for one sec and turn off. i tried again a few hours later and it started and i drove it almost home then it died so i dropped gears to get it to start again and floored it and rolled home when i got home it wouldnt start and still wont start. so i checked and im getting no spark to the wires, i replace the coil and tested the icm and still wont start it turns but doesnt start. i need some advice.

What CEL code(s) are u throwing? And have u check ur main relay yet?

i bought a new rotor button and cap but my main relay is now just clicking when i try to turn the car over.

i cleaned the battery terminals and no more clicking but after installing new cap and rotor still no start.

Did the teeth off the dizzy get sheared off? Did timing skip? Compression test? To check the cel's on that, you need to pull back the passenger carpet, have a paper-clip ready, and count the pulses the red L.E.D. blink. After you do that, pm me. I may be able to help you.
