hey i just put in a 97 honda block with my 88 head and intake in my car. before i put it in my car was pretty much fine other than full of water. but after i put the engine in a trie to start the car. when i turned the ignition on the fuel relay wil click and keep on clicking until i turn the ignition off also at the same time what i believe teh tps is that will do the same thing. oh and it will not pump any fuel to the engine. i cannot figure out what the prolem is if anyone knows please hlep me thank you.
