ok i have a 95 ls integra bostd just got a ls swap put into it and now when im driving sometimes it pushes me out of 5th gear i can fel it pushing me out until it just pops out whats the problem

Time for a rebuild. That's the problem. Most likely a bad synchro.

check the tranny fluid also. i had a single cam that did that to me before and it was due to barely any gear oil

tranny takes motor oil not gear oil.

Just drain it and use MTF if that's what you're going to do.

your tranny fluid is low/empty. fill it up with 2.5qts of honda mtf or either a 10w30 oil. mtf is preferred.
