Im wondering if its possible...
The axels are different, I know this..... Just want to know if its been done and how.
this is for any 92-00 civic.

You can use B-series axles with your D-series hubs.

You can do a 5 lug conversion on a car with B-series axles.

Therefore you can do a 5 lug conversion if you already have D-series axles.

Don't get a JDM ITR 5 lug setup, I think I remember the axles being a different size so the hubs won't work with your D-series axles probably. Don't quote me on that.

I think your right, the jdms have the 36mm axle nut and the usdms have the regular 32mm i believe

That is correct. I had my 5 lug setup on a single slammer drivetrain
