You won't find anything here that hasn't already been covered there.

And that does NOT sound like what you want to drive every day on the street..

With a "somewhatmild" build you should be able to get very close to 285-300whp and keep it "street-able". Notice I put somthings in quotes, because some people think some things are more streetable than others. We built a 12.5-1 k24/k20a2 head motor with cams and a 1k header and made 280-285 w/out trying very hard.....You could ( I don't know about should) run another compression point, which would have had that motor, in theory close to 300. Un tuned at about 250 whp, it was plenty for the street, didn't get to drive it after the dyno (don't ask) it was very tourquey, well for a honda anyways.
Good Luck
Dan

crazy.

Car will be used for what? Personally youd be good with a k20a stock in a civic for daily. Tuned!! low 13's high 12 ride. thats all you really need right there.

even with k20 cammed you'll lose some low end but gain shit load high end but do we really need all that. even for auto x i'd rather have the power in mid-range. What im trying to say is that people on the forums get too caught up of needing way more performance then they really need. Reason why people like I ask what you need the car for. keep it oem k20a/a2 will be good enough than maxing out its performance.
