Can A 3.5 liter Vtec honda odessey engine fit in a honda civic?

yes it can i've seen it done don't know too too much on it but i've seen it at the honda meet

fabrik8 get in and spread knowledge .

I just learned about this swap after the Honda meet, so it's all new to me. I don't really consider it a good swap candidate though. It doesn't come close to fitting within the hoodline and weighs a shitload. It seems like more of a
"Hey look at me" swap instead of something worthwhile and practical (unless your life revolves around straight line performance). I guess that depends on what generation of Civic we're talking about though, because some of the porky later gen stuff could probably do a better job of hiding it.
