i just bought a 2002 accord ex with 122k on it with a popped head gasket about a month ago so i put a new one on and 2 weeks later it popped again so i put a new motor in it and when i did that i drained all my trans fluid out and filled it with honda atf but anyways when i was on my way home from work today it started shifting hard from 2nd to 3rd(first time its done this since i did the drain and fill)..it will kinda surge up about 300-500 rpm then shift hard.....i checked the fluid level and color and they are both perfect.....i know that honda put some junk auto trannys in 98-02 accord so im tryin to catch the problem before it gets worse or my trans takes a poo.....no CEL's (yet) the D4 light is NOT blinking

it shifts perfect 1st to 2nd....kinda hard 2nd to 3rd....perfect 3rd to 4th

has anybody had this happen to them? or know whats goin on? any help would be great
