Good luck finding one. This trans have a known issue where they burn through the tranny fluid almost over night. They end up burning up the torque converters and usually the trans starts to slip and smell in the process. Its a defect in hondas trans for 01's. I had my wifes go out and i ended up paying 700 and pulling it myself with how rare they are to find. Most junkyards will charge about 1000 from when i was pricing which is ludacris since all of them have the same issue. It is also why it is hard to find them. Wish i knew the wife just totalled her car and i had just put it in.

If you do go with another auto trans, I recommend getting a 03-05 auto trans. They don't seem to have the issues the 01-02 did.
