Long story short I have a 200o prelude sh. I have had number 2 and number 4 misfire codes for a while and cant seem to nail down the problem. I replaced plugs, wires, cap and rotor about a year ago and it still hasnt fixed the prob. I decided to give another crack at it today and replaced the plugs. The ones from cylinders 2 and 4 had a lot of carbon on them and the were shot. I replaced them and still am having probs. I get some other manufacturing ignition or misfire code also (p1399). When i first got the car in 2006 i had a code for o2 sensor and replaced it and then got and egr code and cleaned the egr ports. Took care of those now i have had the misfire codes. The car runs pretty strong just when it idles the rpms drop low and and i can feel the misfire. Ive been told to plug the egr valve up with a sheet metal gasket (gonna try that tomoro). Any ideas?? Could it be injectors, cheap 02 sensor or is it just screwed? please help the honda!!

Misfire code will start with P30X, P300 being a random misfire, then P301, 302, 303, and 304 for their respective cylinders. Perform a compression check on the cylinder head.

And yes, cheap O2 sensors are garbage.
