Default 2000 civic dx transmission wont shift till 6k rpm
Name- Sam

I have a 2000 Honda Civic DX Coupe. The car has a d16y8 motor with a y8 intake manifold in a dx car. The car is a automatic. I have replaced all shifting solenoids and still nothing. I have dropped in three different transmission and still the same thing. The car will only shift after 6k rpm so if anyone can help please let me know. Thanks

last time i had this issue i couldnt get passed 3k but i was boosted and the culprit was spark plug gapping

Ok but its an auto motor runs fine just tanny wont shift until 6k rpm
