Default 2 wire to 4 wire O2

I have a 93 CX with a B16A. I need to go from a 2 wire O2 sensor, to a 4 wire O2 sensor. I am so sick of searching for the answer, I am turning to you all for help. Anyone have a website with instructions and some sort of diagram? TIA.

My guess is that you're running a swap(I'm not a familiar with civic motors as I should be) The origional harness has 2 wire O2 and the new ECU requires a 4 wire. Unless you want to be really clean and get a whole new harness, you need to find the allocations for the O2 on the new ECU and run wires from your 4 wire directly to the proper ports on the ecu.
